Import into Jira
- Download the template as CSV (File → Download → CSV)
- In Jira, go to your project → Import Issues → CSV
- Upload your CSV file
- Map columns: Title → Summary, Description → Description, Story Points → Story Points
- Click Import - your stories are now in Jira!
Download as Excel
- Open the template in Google Sheets
- Go to File → Download → Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
- Open in Excel - all formatting is preserved!
- The conditional formatting and formulas work in Excel too

- Download as CSV from Google Sheets
- In Linear, go to Settings → Import
- Select CSV and upload your file
