He works with owners and managers to understand how the business actually runs day to day, then turns the manual, disconnected parts of it into digital ways of working the team will adopt and keep using. Engagements run mainly remotely, with clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK and the US.

Dimitrie is building his IT support career with RAD Digital Solutions and is often the first person a client hears back from. He looks after day to day support and the small recurring issues that quietly slow a team down, and he takes on more of the hands-on delivery work as he grows. Outside work he is at the gym, in the garden, or watching the F1.
