What we do

From site survey to day-to-day support

Four ways we work with UniFi, from a new build to a network you already run.

Network design & Wi-Fi planning

Site survey, coverage planning and VLAN segmentation, so staff, guests and devices each get the right access and the Wi-Fi reaches where people work.

Installation & configuration

Gateway, switching and access points installed on site, with cabling coordinated alongside your installer and UniFi OS set up to the agreed design.

Remote monitoring & support

With your agreement, we monitor and support the site remotely through UniFi Site Manager or your UniFi controller, using admin access you set up.

Audit & optimisation of existing UniFi sites

We review a network you already run, report what to keep, fix or change, and can take over day-to-day support afterwards.

Who it’s for

Sites where the network has to just work

Offices

Reliable Wi-Fi and wired access for teams, meeting rooms and guests.

Warehouses & logistics sites

Coverage across large floors, docks and yards, with devices kept apart from office traffic.

Port & maritime offices

Dependable connectivity for shore-side offices and operations teams.

Multi-site teams

One consistent design and one view across several locations.

How we work

How an engagement runs

Five steps. We agree the scope for your site before any work starts.

  1. Assess

We review the site, your devices and how people work, and agree the scope.

  2. Design

We produce the network layout, Wi-Fi plan and VLAN structure, and specify the hardware.

  3. Deploy

We install and configure the gateway, switching and access points on site.

  4. Hand over

You receive documentation and admin access, and we walk your team through the setup.

  5. Support

Optional remote monitoring and support after go-live, agreed with you in advance.

FAQ

UniFi questions we get asked

Coverage, existing networks, remote support, the engagement and hardware.

We install on-site in Belgium, the Netherlands and Romania. For UniFi networks elsewhere in the EU, we can provide remote support and guidance, and we will tell you up front if a site is better served by a local installer.

Yes. We can review an existing UniFi site, covering the network layout, VLANs, Wi-Fi coverage, firmware state and admin access, and report what to keep, fix or change. If you want us to look after it afterwards, we can take it over with the access and documentation set up during handover.

With your agreement, we use UniFi Site Manager or your UniFi controller to monitor the site and help with issues remotely. You set up the admin access for us and can change or remove it at any time. We agree the scope of support with you in advance and do not promise response times on this page.

It runs in five steps: assessment of the site and your needs, design of the network and Wi-Fi plan, deployment and configuration, handover with documentation and admin access, then ongoing support if you want it. We agree the scope for your site before any work starts.

We advise on and specify the right UniFi hardware for your site, and we can arrange procurement for you. Hardware choices follow the design, so you receive a clear list of what is needed and why. Pricing and availability depend on the site and are confirmed in the quote.
