Admin and control
Admin control for a mobile timesheet ERP integration
The back office keeps oversight without doing the technicians' data entry for them.
- User management. Add and manage technician accounts and roles from one place.
- Book on behalf. Admins can enter or correct an entry for a technician who can't.
- Append-only audit trail. Every entry and correction is recorded, not overwritten.
- Weekly reports. Hours, overtime, and anything unsynced, summarized per technician per week.
- Scheduled reference-data sync. Job orders and reference data refresh from Ridder iQ on a schedule, so the picker stays current.

Server-only API key
The Ridder iQ API key lives on the server. It never reaches the browser or a technician's device.
Signed sessions
Sessions are signed and verified on every request, not stored as plain, guessable tokens.
Argon2 passwords
Passwords are hashed with Argon2, the current standard for password storage.

How is JobTally hosted?
JobTally runs as a separate, installable web app with its own isolated database schema. Nothing needs to be installed inside Ridder iQ itself; we cover hosting specifics during the demo.
How long does rollout take?
It depends on how job orders and technician accounts are structured in your Ridder iQ setup. We size a rollout together during the demo rather than quote a generic number up front.
What happens if Ridder iQ is temporarily unavailable?
